Leane is an Enrolled Agent with more than 30 years of experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting. She has guided clients through real estate transactions, corporate and individual tax returns, and complex business decisions. At Ritchie & Company, Inc., Leane is returning to her roots, developing personalized guidance for small businesses and families. A family-oriented mom, Leane and her husband, Jim, spent many years as active volunteers in their local youth soccer league, coaching, refereeing and on the board. In her free time, Leane enjoys wine tasting and entertaining.

Christopher (Chris) is a Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years of experience in both accounting and hospitality. Chris has both large and small firm experience. He has worked with large businesses and high net worth individuals in Construction, Real Estate, and Hospitality. He also has paired with small business owners in a variety of different industries. At Ritchie & Company, Inc., Chris is returning to where his heart is at assisting small business owners, developing strong relationships, and partnering with clients for their ultimate success. He resides in Nashville with his wife, Lara, and two sons. In his free time, you can find Chris on a local ice rink playing hockey or out enjoying his passion in hospitality, dining at local restaurants and enjoying beverages at local breweries, wineries, and distilleries.
Renee is an Enrolled Agent with more than 22 years of experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping and consulting. With a background as an Insurance Agent for more than 25 years and holding a Real Estate License more than 18 years, she has guided clients through real estate transactions, refinancing of real estate, corporate and individual tax returns, and complex business decisions. At Ritchie Company, Inc. she is a valuable resource with an abundance of knowledge. Renee is a local home grown South San Francisco girl, having raised her two children, enjoyed all the activities of her two grandchildren and now is busy with her newest great loves - her great-grandsons.
Peter joined Ritchie & Company at the beginning of 2021 to continue his passion for Accounting. Peter has over 5 years of experience in the Accounting field and is currently pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Accounting Information Systems. Peter enjoys working with small businesses, startups, pretty much anyone looking for help. During his free time, Peter is out fishing, hiking, or playing games with his family and friends. He also enjoys having deep conversations that spark his curiosity about the world and life.
Gisel is the Operations Manager for Ritchie & Company, Inc. She is responsible for managing the office flow. Most often the firm’s first point of contact, she handles various client service needs and enjoys building lasting relationships with current and future clients. All this is done with a positive outlook, helping maintain a peaceful and efficient environment. “My goal is to make the tax and accounting process go as smoothly as possible for my team and our clients.” Gisel is continually on the lookout for new learning opportunities and providing value-added assistance. Gisel became a Certified California Notary Public, and continues to focus on continuing education to expand her professional skills. Outside of work, Gisel spends her time with family, traveling, or exploring the great outdoors via OHV.
Cynthia (Cynch) is the Administrator and Social Media Director for Ritchie & Company, Inc. She is in charge of various tasks and manages the company's social media platform. She is an information technology graduate who has found a successful career in accounting as a bookkeeper for 19 years. Seeking new opportunities and adventures is her passion. She is now jumping into a new profession in social media management as she follows her true passion for creativity, which applies to her talent for creating designs and content. She always finds ways to find time for herself to enjoy nature and great outdoor activities.
Sophia joined the team during Summer of 2022. She provides assistance to the tasks that help keep the office running smoothly. She takes on various projects and ensures that assistance is provided in any needed areas. She also attends college as a business student. When not working, you can find her out by a lake casting a line, working on her project car, or flying a plane.
Michael is a Staff Accountant who joined us for his first tax season at the beginning of 2023. Currently, he is taking steps towards becoming a certified Enrolled Agent while simultaneously attending college in an effort to complete his B.S. in Computer System Engineering. In his free time, Michael enjoys hiking with friends, playing video games, reading books, and spending time with his twin sister.

Inah is a Bookkeeper who joined Ritchie & Company in the year 2022. She is responsible in the reconciling banks and transactions, month/year end closing process and reviewing reports. She has graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology and have been working in accounting industry for 6 years. She spends her free time visiting dog cafes and watching korean television drama and variety shows.
Henry is our Top Dog Executive. Leading with paw-sitive vibes. He greets and welcomes every client with a wagging tail. While in the office you will mostly find Henry snoozing close to his mom but he is always ready to greet a new face. He looks forward to his daily walks through Twin Pines park. When not in the office Henry enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding and trying new restaurants with his mom and dad.
